Anna Vardaia

Anna Vardaia is a Preschool Group Educator at Elliot Kindergarten. Sees teaching as a vocation: not only transferring knowledge, but also supporting emotional and personal growth. In day-to-day work, she focuses on gentle adaptation, emotional safety, and respectful communication with every child. She believes high-quality early education is built on partnership between teachers and families, with trust, consistency, and an individual approach. Her classroom approach combines guided activities, play-based learning, and support for independence so each child can grow at a comfortable pace.
